Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes. Orders start at 100 units per product. Price per unit drops at 250, 500 and 1000, and anything above that we quote for your specific quantity.
What file should I send?
Vector works best. AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. A high resolution PNG will do if vector is not an option.
No file on hand? Send us your website and we will pull it from there.
How many colors can my logo have?
One, two or three, priced per color per unit. For anything beyond that, or for custom colorways, we quote the project individually.
Can I see it before I commit?
Always. We put your logo on the real product and send you a proof. Nothing goes into production until you sign off.
How long does production take?
10 to 15 business days from approved proof and confirmed payment. Transit adds around 10 business days on average, depending on where it is going. Rush timelines are available on request.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Delivery estimates and duties are included in your quotation.
