I ordered 2 sets of air pods and I kept getting complaints by the person I was speaking to heard their voice echoing. I wrote to their customer service who responded quickly about what to do. I tried everything they suggested but it didn’t help. They didn’t hesitate and sent me 2 free units. I was so impressed. They are great for listening to music. They don’t sit inside my ear and if I answer a call I need to be careful not to remove it too quickly while speaking because it is very sensitive and can hang up. The product is great quality. They can’t be compared with Apple AirPods for various functions but overall I am very happy with them. I was able to donate a couple to elderly people who never used them before to listen to music and they are thrilled. Thank you Statik.

I received it took it right out the box plugged it in and it worked right away and I got the type C3 tips it all came super fast no delays and no trouble at all. I am 100% guaranteed satisfied and now that I have to be able to charge four devices with one cord that just blows my mind the first time I’m able to have a charger like this and 100% happy

Seems to adhere even to a textured dashboard. Kind of sad that it doesn’t spin around once it is mounted. But overall seems like a good product.
