HyperMount Pro is Qi2 compatible and can deliver up to 15W of power to Android and Apple devices.
Remove the HyperMount Pro from the surface and ensure that it is unplugged from any power source. Flip the mount over and run the NanoSuction base under warm water. Rub the base with your fingers to remove dust or debris. Let the base air dry and the NanoSuction base will become tacky again.
NOTE: Ensure that you do not get any of the electronics wet. Let the product fully dry before plugging it into a power source.
Slide the lever to the “unlock” position. Pull up on the suction release tab. If the mount is adhered tightly to the surface, use your fingers to pull up on the base and separate it from the surface.
We do not recommend trying to remove the HyperMount Pro by pulling on the wireless charging arm or the plastic base.
