I purchased the 360 Pro, and I'm still impressed after nearly a year of owning it. Would not go back to standard chargers. I would personally dealt with Andressa in Customer Service. Help me locate and diagnose the issue I was having, suggested and made every opportunity to meet and exceed customer service. This is why I return to companies that put customers above all else. First a special shout out to Andressa in customer service. After explaining how a 3rd party sold me a statik 360 Pro charging cable. Amazon couldn't even get in touch with the seller. Super portable and universal which makes me love it. It doesn't have as much power as those big power banks but I don't think anyone could expect this from a smaller device like this. But it totally makes the job done.
